We require all clients who are sick or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, chills, nausea, cough, or difficulty breathing, to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
Cancellations & Billing
Sliding scale options are available to those who are experiencing financial constraints. Please feel welcome to discuss it with us so we can keep your care accessible.
Payment for your apppintment or late cancellation fees are all due the same day as your booked appointment. If you aren’t able to do that please us know and we can make alternate arrangements.
Please note that appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a fee equal to the full amount of the appointment.
